Downloaded ELS again still won't work.

ffs when I try to update it, it says "Destination Folder Access Denied"

Should I reinstall ELS?

I downloaded traffic policer and put that folder there.. So that's where its from. And are you sure I don't need the SDK and Licenses folder?

I have all of those.

In my ELS car I press J and I don't hear an clicks or lights turn on. I watched a shitty tutorial which was confusing and I think I might've installed it wrong. Also my sirens turn on with E in this car and siren sound turns off by J.

Tried both. Not working..

I did what you told me to then I started up the game. I'm in-game right now and CTRL U isn't working either :/
