I have absolutely know idea what you are talking about but yes you need to download vehicle models and place the skins on to the models.

I know man I've just been so busy I just didn't have the energy and wit to make until now. With me it's like I here your guys request and I'm not ignoring you I just have to have the right mindset and motivation to complete a trooper pedo because it requires alot of hours of attention.

Great lighting/ Great vehicle handling/ Great scaling to size explorer/ great take downs/ comfort for patrolling/ antennas awesome looks better in game/ this vehicle can be used for all departments Best all around explorer I've seen thus far.

If anyone else is getting texture loss please let me know try using 1 or 2 peds depending on your graphic card this was my first time using this specific ped so going 4k on everything may have been a bad idea

That was back in 04 to10 that was before they outfitted every Massdot MSP vehicle with reflective tape and design we don't have those here now lol plus that was before my official time I just never seen those before those must or were on the pike or Boston because I've never seen those. but the majority here do not have those like I said I never seen them before but it's pretty cool. Now a days only rookies use cvpi's as they are being fazed out thank god all hail the explorer. it doesn't matter though I'm in love with anything to do with MA let me know if you want my skins you never got back to me.
