I don't see why you would have 16 GB or RAM with this kind of build? A little bit "too much" I think. I personally do have 16GB of RAM but they're useful for my virtual machines, as I need some to work at home x)

You can put any car you like as Police3. For example, I organized my game so I have the following: police - CVPI police2 - Charger police3 - Taurus police4 - Unmarked CVPI police5 - Explorer police6 - Tahoe sheriff - SD CVPI sheriff2 - SD Charger sheriff3 - SD Impala sheriff4 - SD Taurus sheriff5 - SD Explorer sheriff6 - SD Tahoe (Officer5-0's one) sheriff7 - SD Tahoe (Thegreathaha's one) So, you see, you can rename car files to use them on whatever slot you want. Any of those cars were originally made for police 1, 2, 3 I can suggest you the Impala or the Taurus Depends on what you have for police & police2.

I'm also not speaking of removing all the font ^^ Just let it like that, and you, on your computer, you can change it :D

As @Cyan said, you can edit it with Stylish, it will be changed for you locally without changing it for everyone ^^

I personnally don't live in the USA so I can't really tell the difference between a regular police car and a CHP one but to wait till a real chp car is released for ELS, a skin can fit the needs in the waiting time ^^

Can't you simply make a CHP skin ? I can make you one if you want, but I'm already workign on a choose your ride car so it'll be a little bit of waiting ^^

You just need to edit the xml file to modify it as you wish with 10-** codes. I don't know if there's a way to add the 10-4 code as it's not a request

A view from the other side, I've noticed that you can't see the " this ride is about $20.00 " on the back, I'll change it, and finally I don't know if I should put the bill on the trunk, as you have an ALPR system as an extra. For this rear bill, tell me if you still want it or if you prefer letting room for the ALPR system extra. You'll have to use this car: For the moment only this one will work as it uses a different template than other CVPIs, but I really think it's the best CVPI you'll be able to find :P 'Hope I'll get time to finish it soon But if you really don't wanna use this CVPI, I can take it to the other tmplate, which is more common for other CVPIs, but it'll take time :P

A noter que le camion c'est firetruk et non firetruck dans les dossiers de GTA. C'est pas logique mais bon, c'est Rockstar. Il n'y a donc pas de "c", faites bien la distinction, et vérifie que tes fichiers sont bien sans C ^^

Je pense pas qu'on puisse désactiver le téléphone du mode solo de GTA V. Cependant, il t'es possible de changer l'affectation de la touche de sortie de celui-ci pour une touche que tu n'utilises que très rarement. Pour tes crashs qui arrivent souvent, il faudrait un fichier RagePluginHook.log. Pour cela, QUAND TON JEU VIENT DE CRASH, pas quand tu l'as quitté normalement, tu dois te rendre dans la racine de GTA V, ouvrir le fichier RagePluginHook.log, sélectionner l'ensemble du texte ( Ctrl + A ), puis le copier à l'aide du clic-droit->copier, ou encore utiliser la combinaison de touches Ctrl + C, pour enfin le coller ici, comme réponse à ce sujet.
