Title explains it all. It's a custom XML file in order to add compatibility between BetterEMS and GrammarPolice.

Install in:
plugins/LSPDFR/GrammarPolice/grammar/en-GENERIC (by default, change if needed)/custom/actions

If you have any trouble, let me know in the comments.

NOTE: Opus and I couldn't figure out how to get the value for the First Responder to work. Therefore, every time you request for EMS, the first responder will respond along with the ambulance. Sorry.

To request the EMS, make sure you use either "medical" or "EMS" while you're speaking. That'll trigger the response.

Also, make sure you have BetterEMS installed. It can be found below:

About the Car
 
This is of course my first completed zmodeler creation. Special thanks to @Raylan Givens for helping me out with the vehicle's interior/console and support along the way from him and many others. @Donte LocklearThanks for helping me out with zmodeler for 2 years and @xCashHerosx @FTW Flamez for the support as well. 

POV 2014 Dodge Charger, inspired by many setups and based out of South Carolina as far as what I would see in a POV vehicle around here and have seen, including the license plate, which you can change of course when and if you make a texture for this vehicle.
