PLEASE make this a pack! One recommendation is that you should make the text a bit more in-line, instead of "Los Santos Department Police" like you have there.
(5 x 10^55)/5, makes the game way more realistic!
Phenomenal. Simply phenomenal. Environmental reflections are spot on (or as good as you can get them with ELS), patterns are awesome, interiors are great (hands on steering wheel, proper windows, etc.) My only complaints are that the mirror glows like a supernova (but I can fix that for myself). And the fact that glass doesn't break.
PROS: - Realistic patterns - HUGE selection, allowing for a consistent fleet - Great liveries - Great interiors - Patrolling the streets with CHP is especially fun CONS: - Light texture floats in front of mirror, instead of following the door - Vector lightbar is broken (I suggest using a mix of stock lights and ELS lights to make rotor lights work).
  1. It's interesting how whenever you get good "feedback", you respond with a thank-you note, but when somebody tries to help you create better textures by giving you constructive criticism, you become an asshole... Also, did you seriously, upon hearing my complaint about the back font, delete the real-life screenshot with the back?
Can you please look up some tutorials on image editing, maybe download a better program (GIMP and Paint.NET are free), and then come back with better textures? Because this texture looks nothing like the pictures ("police" text is slanted, blue line has no curvature, rear is wrong font, etc).
  2. If it's a TEXTURE for the window, it's not a template. Also, anyone could paste license plates into a blank png or color a whole canvas black.
  3. I'm pretty sure that's a stock callout...
You just uploaded simple license plates in a solid color skin and called them art. Plus, the window template is hardly a template, because it doesn't even tell you where the borders of the windows are.
  4. Great, can't wait! I've been waiting for so long to get a semi-realistic LAPD pack! Quick question, will the pack include LASD/LSSD cars?
  5. How about a realistic LAPD based LSPD vehicle pack?
  6. WatchMyFootwork, I will download and use this pack, I will simply create a new layer and cover the "In God We Trust" text. Thank you for your hard work anyways, and keep it up :)
Great liveries, but "In God We Trust"? Seriously?
  7. Yeah, sadly they're pretty much the same model so I can't edit the lights for it. The lights that the 15/16/17 models come with are already good though.
  8. Does is give you a popup, or does it unload the scenery around you?
  9. Google "gameconfig.xml" and pick one for your game version.

Are you tired of those crappy dots pretending to be Dodge Charger taillights? Well then, this mod is for you! The Dodge Charger Light Overhaul does exactly what it says. This mod completely overhauls the 2014/13/12/11 Dodge Charger lights. FEATURES: - Realistic headlights - Brighter lights - Better taillights (3 modes) THIS MOD INCLUDES 3 CHOICES; - Red taillights - Light Red taillights - Light Orange taillights Which option did you choose: http://www.strawpoll.me/13744136 NOTE: A lighting enhancement mod such as "RADIANCE V" is recommended, to make the lights as bright as the screenshot lights.
  10. Have you tried spawning them in with a trainer or RPH console?
  11. So what's the problem?
  12. Is the game not loading?
  13. Make sure to copy patchday14ng from Grand Theft Auto V/update/x64/dlcpacks to Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/
  14. What model are you replacing? Tell me the name of the .ytd and .yft files.
  15. You don't need to replace the actual files. Just drop the models (.ytd, .yft) into mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday14ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf/
  16. So the problem you're having is that you can't find the directory in which you need to replace the vehicle models?
  17. In OpenIV, go to Tools, then click on ASI Manager. Install all of the items there.
