I believe somebody just ripped this entire pack. The "texas DPS and Houston Pack" credits only you for the entire pack. I think the guy uploaded all of your files. I cannot confirm because my network is being shitty right now. I cannot download something without it being interrupted which ends up creating an error in the file. Can anyone else confirm this?- 46 comments

Colorado State Patrol, and from what I can tell, it is an old scheme that may not be in use anymore with new vehicles. -
If you add .zip to the file name you can treat it like a zipped file and extract like normal -
OOOh. O.o A really really new model. One that has not seen the likes of the site in a long long time.... -
a 2008 dodge charger. Addition to LSPD pack?, new SAHP, LSPD...maybe all three :)...

Do you already have a custom config file? If not, I can recommend this: https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gameconfig-xml-fix-for-bikers-update There are others, I am sure, that let you install many more than this. If I remember at one point, Captain 14 had one included with his (Non-ELS) vehicle pack. This may not be true or it may not work anymore but that is another one you could try.

Now I may be mistaken but I do not believe that he modified the vehicle at all (You may modify and redistribute this modification [...]). Also, just uploading someone else's model when you dont change anything at all is ethically wrong and immoral IMHO. The people on GTA5M already discussed this prior to you commenting, if LT. Caine is okay with him doing so that's his prerogative, however, I was just doing my part as a well intended member of this community in notifying someone if I believe that they are victim of copyright infringement or plagiarism. It just seems that lately there have been a number of people who have been victims of copyright infringement and plagiarism. Honestly, it pisses me off and I am getting sick of seeing people repost files that do not belong to them, whether this be actual vehicle models, ELS XML files, etc. *Steps down from soapbox*.

@Lt.Caine I don't know if you are aware if this or not but someone uploaded the contender lifeguard from this pack onto GTA5mods. H said it was from your pack but did not otherwise credit or state explicit permission to do so. Just an FYI.

This is an expansion pack for BradM's BCSO Mini Pack. Permission was given to release this from Brad. Included are some of the original files with a new Sheriff. Also inside you will find some new divisions inside the BCSO. These will have their own special textures that identify the vehicles as such. Why do you tease us like this?! These are phenomenal! Outstanding! Do you plan on making jackets for them as well? Like you could re-use the blue jackets from the LSPD. -

Is there anyone who is able to contact BradM? I need / would like his permission about uploading new vehicles for one of his packs that I created. I would either like for him to upload them with an update to his pack or have him give permission to upload them as an extension of his pack. With the proper credits of course. Could I use some of these skins for templates for an SAHP/SASP texture megapack I plan on releasing? Also, would I be able to use the license plate design? All credited correctly of course.- 20 comments

I would add some side-view lighting. Some suggestions for possible locations could be the lower corner of the rear door near the B pillar and on the side of the pushbar. A correctly placed vertex is also a very good choice too. Also, this looks amazing!
