  1. Custom Sirens

    Hey guys, I just bought Grand Theft Auto V and I totally modded it to lspdfr. Its very fun I downloaded Dutch emergency cars (I live in the Netherlands). I also have ELS which works perfect. I only got one problem, my sirens there still American. So I searched only for Dutch sirens downloaded them and watched a tut on how to install them. I saw several tuts and on all that tuts they showed that you need to paste the sirens in: GTA V --> mods --> x64 --> audio --> sfx --> resident.rpf The problem is that I dont have resident.rpf as you can see on the photo. Can anybody explain me whats wrong?
