  1. if you dont have it try getting the LSPDFR+ plugin, for some reason i think i remember not having the /plugins/lspdfr folder when i did not have that installed when i first began setting up the mod. I think that plugin is required for a few of the callouts or plugins but im not certain on that point, also ive seen a lot of plugins stop working with that last biker patch update so maybe take them out one by one by trying to delete a letter out of their extension name and see if you can figure out if its just a single unsupported one. The keep calm plugin doesnt seem to have an effect for me since this last update.
  2. im only having a problem with arrest manager and traffic policer as far as i can tell, well maybe the lspdfr+ one since my pullover dialogue is suddenly different, making me say hello and not allowing for precise tickets, just citations with a self-selected monetary fine. Also i can't get passenger's ID's anymore, so i think im going to revert my game version an throw the last version of RPH in there. without the lspdfr+ im sure there's a few more conflicts going on that i just havent investigated yet. oh but i will keep my backup of this game version for when the plugins are rph 47 enabled, i doubt it'll be too long, the 47 just came out.
