    They definitely look like HCSO uniforms, however, there are no install instructions and the resolution on the textures are terrible(128x128 in this pack vs 512x512 for vanilla).

    Presenting an LSPD 4K Livery pack based on the Houston Police Department's new liveries. Includes a ghost livery for the Tahoe and Explorer as well. Let me know if y'all like it, I'm thinking about making it for more vehicles. Note that the CVPI skins should work on anything based on F5544's model The models:
