  1. It's nice, but I'd personally ditch the stripe on the rooftop.
  2. If the OP ever gets around to fixing it...but PM me and I can send you the fixed .wtd.
  3. Ok - the problem is with the texture files, but I have no idea which one specifically. If I swap out the whole .wtd with a known working one, I can spawn the car, no crashes. If I use the one that came with the car, I crash even if I rip out the duplicate chrg_sign_4.dds file. OP probably has a texture file with unmerged layers - this will always cause the game to crash.
  4. It crashes with OpenIV too, so it's not that. I've had the car work in TLaD before, but it always crashes in TBoGT. I think the issue lies with some of the textures - I'll have to experiment a bit.
  5. Well the SparkIV issue is due to a duplicate chrgr_sign_4.png texture (it can't handle something with the same name), but even if I delete it, I still get a crash when I load the car.
  6. I'm having crash issues as well, but it's hit or miss as to whether I crash or not. It always happens when spawning the car, and it's always a "invalid resource specified" error. I did notice there were originally two "chrgr_sign_4.dds" in the texture file, but I still get the random crash after deleting it. Once the car is spawned then it's good and looks awesome, but idk why it sometimes crashes the game.
  7. Incase anyone wonders which car is in the pictures, it is this one: http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=444
  8. I used pictures of existing liveries. The one change I made was in the back though, as the original did not have the stripe in the back. Anyway thanks.

First time doing a skin. Made for BxBugs 07 dodge charger, but should be compatible with any charger that uses the standard 06+ charger template. I used the one made by bxbugs.
  9. I had the same issue at first and it was exactly what Slimory said. You are probably hitting 'G' when you get in. Unless you mean takedown lights, those you can turn off by pressing 'L', and 'H' for headlights.
  10. nice skin, but the lines need a little more work.
  11. LCPD skins still say "Dougherty County" on the sheriff star. Would be nice if it was "Liberty City" instead of County too but I'm just nitpicking.
  12. Thanks for the explanation. I kinda figured GTA was very touchy about sound files but wasn't sure.
  13. Did you use gtaivaud to import the new sirens? for me whenever I do it, it corrupts the file and the sirens don't play correct (either there is a pop at the end, or all you hear is a series of popping sounds for priority siren, or both). Eitherway, any way you could incorporate the full scan mode siren from Touchmaster instead of just the last part of it?
  14. I like the siren, but the recording quality is very bad. I have the mp3s from the federal signal website, but I simply can't get the sirens working in game after importing with gtaivaud 1.5 and Spark 0.70. Maybe you could have better luck converting directly from the source mp3s.
  15. would be nice if you simply had a .wtd file instead of forcing users to manually import individual textures.
