    I was wondering, what do you guys think? Is it better to play LCPDRF on GTA IV or on Liberty City Stories as a ballad of gay tony (or something like that)? Also, from what I understand, in second one, there is is police 3, 4, etc., what does that mean? you see them as much as you see FBI cars? Reason I am asking is I want to play more ELS cars, but don't want computer to also use these cars as it will cause computer to crash.

    I think it would be awesome to respond to traffic accidents, block the road, assist EMT etc. Possibly fatal accidents and vehicles on fire.
