SimuDispatch turns LSPDFR into a coordinated, semi-multiplayer experience — without turning it into a full multiplayer mod. Players each keep their own independent game session, but connect through a shared dispatch layer: everyone in the same session shows up in your game world as a ghost — a translucent presence at their approximate position — so you always know roughly where the rest of your shift is operating, without any precise tracking or visibility into what another player is actually doing.
At the center is the dispatcher — run from a browser-based web dashboard, not in-game. From there, the dispatcher sees a live map of all connected officers, assigns incoming calls to specific players, requests AI backup units when a scene needs more hands, and can trigger calls manually or let Auto-Dispatch generate them automatically whenever an officer is free. Assigned incidents are pushed straight into the player's game and dispatched directly — no separate popup, no guesswork about who's handling what.
Login runs through Discord, and both the in-game menu and the web dashboard support multiple languages.
SimuDispatch is currently in Alpha — actively developed and expanding. Even at this stage, it already ships with modding support: callout developers can hook their callouts into the dispatch system with a small, dependency-free integration (an API/documentation is included with the download). Callouts without that integration keep working exactly as before, so nothing forces every callout author to adapt — SimuDispatch simply adds capability on top of what's already there.

SimuCallouts is my first public callout plugin for LSPDFR, adding a growing selection of immersive and varied callouts to your game.
The plugin includes an in-game menu, which can be opened with F7. From there, you can adjust the callout difficulty, change the language, and access additional features such as the tow truck system.
SimuCallouts currently supports English and German. The language can be changed either through the .ini file or directly from the in-game menu.

SimuAmbient is an ambient callout system: missions appear randomly in the world—there’s no dispatch. If you approach, you automatically join the action; if you move away again, the mission is considered abandoned or completed.

The package offers a growing selection of small missions—small in scope, but all challenging and requiring keen observation. Not every incident needs to be rushed into immediately: with some, it’s worth waiting deliberately before intervening; otherwise, you might miss the actual situation or prevent it before it even happens.

Each triggered incident receives a “Police” blip on the map depending on the set difficulty level—it’s meant to signal to beginners in particular: “Something is about to happen here.” The lower the difficulty, the smaller and more inconspicuous the blip; as the difficulty increases, it gets larger, until it disappears entirely at level 7 and you have to find the situation yourself. The actual challenge of the missions—how the NPCs involved react—also scales with the same setting.

    Features
    Update Notifications
When a new update is available, an update notice will be displayed in-game.

    Event System
This system differs from a normal callout in that it generates missions at a set random time. This time has a minimum and maximum value that can be configured in the F9 menu or in the .ini file. Additionally, users can adjust the spawn probabilities for each mission in the settings, and missions can be started or ended at any time via the in-game menu.

    Difficulty System
Choose between 7 different difficulty levels. Depending on the selected difficulty, events can become easier or more demanding, and how visible they are on the map scales with it too.

    NPCAI Support
    NPCAI Support is now available
