    Yeah I am running into this issue as well. I don't use Stop the Ped and I don't plan on installing it anytime soon. If you could add the ability for us to control the chance of a ped or vehicle having invalid insurance, registration, license etc. in the provided ini file that would be great. Also noticed one more thing, its seems like the vehicle database isn't exactly accurate when comes to registration and license status. I find myself having to use the MDT feature in Callout Interface and Plate Checker Remastered to confirm the actual status of a ped's motor vehicle documentation.
