    Blaming @OfficerDingo87's GPU is wild lol. I downloaded your vehicle just to see what your file sizes were and they are thick, not in a good way. I'd start with the YTD. There is a free program called Xn Resize. Download it and reduce the larger textures by 50%-75%. This should help with the lag people are complaining about.
