Worked on this texture all day. The Missouri State Highway Patrol an agency that deals with pretty much everything. I personally like this agency and thus made this texture pack. This texture I made is meant to replicate the real life LAFD Crown Vic. It's a multipurpose vehicle use it for EMS or LAFD. This texture was made for TwistedScopes ELS LA Pack CVPI. The one I used was the hubcap version. Don't need steel police wheels for medical assistance or fire fighting but that's my opinion.
