    This should be resolved, in order to fix a targeted flood against our infrastructure we've introduced some limits:
    Download accelerators or software which makes multiple requests to download files will no longer work. Up to 3 files can be downloaded at the same time. If you try and download more at the same time you will receive a 503 error. However, the speed issues should be resolved. Please let me know.

    Hi,when I try to download a Vehicle, the download goes at 50KB/S.When I download a plugin it downloads normally at 4MB/S.Sorry for my bad English but I'm Italian.

    The reason Mario asked about your plugins is because rage.vehicle is generally caused by a plugin that is trying to spawn in a scenario, such as a callout.  Have you added anything recently?  How often does this happen?
