So i have the commandline.txt file in my gta 4 folder and set it to -windowed so i can get some screenshots of the car pack i should be using and if i should release it but the problem is.... its not going in windowed version... any help?

So i was watchin steve like usual and i saw this map he was using.. I couldent tell if it was liberty city or another map someone made. I would love to know because i cant find it anywhere. Thanks

So i downloaded this file http://www.gta4-mods.com/misc/enb-for-low-pcdansw-enb-edit-v2-f30645 (becuz my pc is not da best) but the night is wayyyy too dark i can BARLY see anything.. does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks

Help!! please, every time I press "T" to bring up the Taser.. ill press "T" again and the Taser wont switch back to my gun
