I do have a mod folder and my scripthook is up to date.

I have recently installed LSPDFR, and while it is nice, when I was able to get Ragehook working, my vehicle replacement mods stopped working. I had installed https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/2015-dodge-challenger-hq-super-tuning-hellcat-nfs2015-animated-engine and https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/1970-dodge-challenger-rt-440-six-pack-aige along with a custom made train texture from https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/air-port-service-and-service-vehicles-template-pack. All of these stopped working when I used Ragehook however my gameplay editing mods (IVPack, drag meets, car wheelies, Train Engineer mod, etc) worked just fine. I looked in OpenIV and every car was reset to vanilla cars and even after installing LSPDFR when I installed https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/uk-police-2016-ford-mustang-gt the car replacement STILL didn't work. I have no other plugins for GTA 5. Help would be greatly appreciated.
