    Yeah I've had this problem with my ThrustMaster F430 FF and still have. I tried to contact Rage Plugin Hook but they don't really respond, that was a few months ago. I don't think they'll ever fix this, I haven't found a way to do it myself unfortunately. If anyone else does, I'm also very interested.
