Im Saarland ist man schon morgens besoffen.
Warum auch sonst sollte ein deutsches Bundesland sich dafür entscheiden einen gigantesquen amerikanischen SUV-Bolliden in den regulären Streifendienst einzuführen?
Ausgerechnet das Saarland, ein Bundesland, dass umgerechnet ca. 308.153.477 Ford Explorers groß ist, führt einen Streifenwagen ein, der ca. 0,00000000324513619 Saarlands groß ist. Mit der Anschaffung dieses gigantomanen Gefährts hat Greta Thunberg nunmehr ein Einreiseverbot im Saarland erhalten, und Anke Rehlinger kann demnächst mit einer gigantischen Superyacht von der Saar in den Suezkanal skippern, und sich dort querlegen wie die Evergreen es einst tat. Selbst Jeff B. würde vor Neid erblassen vor diesem unbändigbaren Trieb nach Grandeur und schierer Imposanz. Im Saarland gilt, wie in Texas, "think big or go home", bzw. wie Annegret-Kramp-Karrenbauer (kurz AKK außer Kontrolle) einst zum Besten gab: "Donde mi de Broblem".

Moin Leute!
Dies ist mein Versuch Ultimate Backup Configs für alle Bundesländer in @MaxDesigns German Federal EUP zur Verfügung zu stellen.
Insbesondere soll sich diese Modifikation an Anfänger und diejenigen richten, welche nicht über die Kenntnis oder Lust verfügen, selber eine Config zu erstellen.
Konzipiert sind die Konfigurationen als "Passepartouts", d.h. das alle Uniformmöglichkeiten eines Bundeslandes (außer Wasserschutz) bei fast allen polizeilichen Backup-Typen vorkommen können. 
 
Wichtige Notiz an EUP-Ultras und sehr penible: Der Fokus dieser Mod liegt darauf, einfach nur deutsche EUP Konfigurationen in UB einzubauen, nicht ein 100% realistisches Ergebnis zu bieten. Bevor sich noch jemand beschwert: "Aber Neuland, das ist voll unrealistisch, Bremen weiß Krawatte Lang wird nur an verkaufsoffenen Sonntagen im März getragen11!1!1!"

This is a german translation replacing the StopThePed XML-files.
 
Für all diejenigen, die gerne eine deutsche Übersetzung für STP hätten, die nicht so sehr auf Nüchternheit, sondern mehr auf Kreativität ausgelegt ist, für die ist dat genau das Richtige! Schließlich ist Los Santos nicht dafür bekannt, das Epitom der Frömmigkeit und Reihenhausdeutschheit zu sein.
 
Denn meist trägt man nicht nur öde Gegenstände, wie Handy und Brieftasche mit sich, sondern eben auch mal ein Torx-Schraubenset, oder ein Feuchtraum-Lüftungsgitter!
Gleiches gilt für die Dialoge, die die Mannigfalt der Persönlichkeiten auf Los Santos Straßen einfangen sollen!
 
Ihr könnt meine Übersetzung verwenden, wie ihr wollt:
Für euer Gameplay, für euer Let's Play, für euer Cosplay – Ihr könnt daraus sogar eine Kampfrede gegen einen Bürgerkrieg in Äquatorialguinea schreiben. Und das alles nur einen Download entfernt!

This is a livery Pack for @aidenhalo's FATAL Mercedes E63 (Great model Mate!)
 
featuring German and Austrian Liveries:
Hamburg State Police (old and new Livery)
Austria (Federal Police Livery)
I also included a dummy ELS file even though the car is non ELS to make it easier to switch between Siren modes, I made sure to exclude the extras though.
 
Kinder, es ist Weihnachtszeit – Zeit unserem allüberbordendem Konsum in erneutem Maße zu fröhnen. Wir holen Schokoladenweihnachtsmänner, Baumstämme, Dominosteine und Zimtkuchen aus dem Schrank hervor, während wir mit 5 Flaschen Glühwein Helene Fischers Weihnachtskonzert
im öffentlich-rechtlichen Fernsehen verfolgen. Unbewusst des Umstands, dass all deren tolle Weihnachtssüßigkeiten Palmöl-gefüllte Diabetesbomben sind die seit der Bismarckzeit jedes Mal wieder eingeschmolzen wurden, da es viel zu viel Angebot an Schokolade gab. Währenddessen verprügelt der besoffene Onkel im Rausch den Weihnachtsbaum, während die Katze gerade den Weihnachtsbaum umschmeißt, sodass er anfängt in Flammen aufzugehen – Frohe Weihnachten!
 
So, und da ich euch jetzt Weihnachten vermiest habe, zu den Liverys!
 
Die Eskalationsspirale der Pferdestärken macht auch vor den Schutzmännern und Schutzmännerinnen der deutschsprachigen Nationen nicht halt. Der E63 mit 570PS beschleunigt in -3 Sekunden von 0 auf 100 und ist somit die ideale Waffe, sich selbst überschätzende Kraftfahrer umzubringen. Außerdem kann man damit noch schnell fahren. Der Verbrauch von 60 Litern auf 3 Kilometer ist dazu ideal, die Umwelt zu schützen, und die Klimapläne des Kabinett Scholz I einzuhalten (War da nicht was mit Hamburg und Glatze, Herr Scholz?).
 
Wie dem auch sei, bis der nächste E63 in die Hände der Ordnungshüter fällt mit 1000PS und 120 Litern Verbrauch, ist dieses Spielzeug aller Schutzmänner eigen.

In einer Welt, die immer mehr auf Vielfalt und Vernetzung setzt, auf die Einzigartigkeit des Individuums, sowie auf den Schutz der Umwelt, ist es an der Zeit, sich um moderne Fuhrparklösungen zu kümmern.
 
Aus Volkswagens Angebot 25 fast identischer SUVs, je 20 Meter hoch und 10 Meter breit, stellt sich der VW Tiguan als das geeignetste Rennpferd im Stall dar.
 
Der berühmte Lyriker 5 sagte es seiner Zeit so:
Land auf, Land ab,
der Schrei gar,
nach Einsatzgerät so wunderbar,
es lebe die Cocktailbar.
 
Ob Österreich, oder NRW, Einsatzgerät trennt ferne Völker mit vier Rädern und Blaulicht. Denn auch wenn der Einsatzton anders ist, schlägt das Viertakterherz im gleichen Maße hoch zum Firmament, wenn ein Tiguan über die Straßen brennt.

This is a pack containing German liveries for several GTA IV police vehicle mods. The liveries are based on several German state police forces, though tailored specifically to the GTA IV lore environment in order to provide a coherent gameplay experience. 
 
All the liveries are created with care and quality. They are not perfect, but way better than almost any other German Police Livery made for GTA IV qualitywise.

This is a small german sirenpack I created for Grand Theft Auto V, as the ones already out there are either incomplete or lack proper soundquality.
This time I omitted a proper satirical description as I couldn't be bothered - The German GTA 4 modding scene has shrunk either way.
 
The Horns.ivaud is provided in the download archive. As is a folder containing the raw soundfiles in case you want to edit the Horns.ivaud on your own.
Installation path:  Folder containing GTAIV.exe\pc\audio\Sfx\resident.rpf\RESIDENT

The Becker Sinfo Horn is a staple of Kohl-Era Germany, where it was most commonly used in Baden-Württemberg on Mercedes and VW Police vehicles.

This archive does not only include the original sound, it also features a synthesized Landsound made by me just for the sake of fun.

It most likely is the rarest domestic Siren to be found in present-day Germany, which is a shame as it is the coolest german siren ever made. Period.

So this is a german-style skin, it is based on the Landespolizei Schleswig-Holstein. Due to me not being a modeller, the model still has a british lightbar mounted and Vauxhall logos (should be Opel in germany).
Maybe you'll like it anyway.

Information:
My skin looks not exact the same like the reallife livery looks like, I changed some details. As it was originally not made to be posted here, the skin quality may be not on the highest level on some places. I also minor edited some other textures.
And the lightbar is also not used in germany, it is a danish one.
Nevertheless, I thought I just share it on here.
Attention: The color of the model in the screenshots is brighter than in the actual download. I updated my skin.
