    When i press F4 the the type bar comes down and if i type " health,Wash,or Repair" everything works but the menu doesn't come up

    Hi guys i am kinda new to modding Please provide me some links of how to get different police cars I tried to download them by red-me but i failed multiple times and because i am new to this i had to delete everything and i had to start from the scratch by downloading the game and everything...and if someone can walk me through how to get cop cars it would be a blessing thanks for your time have a good day.....
