Hello, I googled this alot and i was wondering how and where to download GTA IV. And is it free or not? And if it isn't free are there any free ones?

This is what it says when I was at end of set up. When I press finish it just closes and nothing else happens... Help... Hi, I just made this account to post this. When I download the Set Up for LCPD FR 0.95 RC2-R2, I continue the setup into the instillation. I am at the System Compatibility section, and I have everything other then the Visual C++ Redistrubutable. I downloaded it. I exited out Set Up, and opened it, and still doesn't work. I re-install it, and it still doesn't work. I done this several times, and it still wont work!! Please help.
