UPDATE: A call of a motor vehicle accident at 9.23pm Local Time(GMT +8). Upon arrival of the SCDF (Singapore Civil Defence Force) and Police, the victim was pronounced dead on scene. SCDF fire fighters attempted to extradite the body from beneath the motor vehicle, Projectiles were then thrown at them. After that the riot broke out. A total of 18 people were injured. Among those injured included 10 Police Officers and 4 SCDF Personnel. The driver of the motor vehicle was among the 18 as well. 27 people were taken into custody, the driver is not arrested. 400 people were involved in the riot and 300 police officers were deployed. 5 police vehicles and 1 ambulance were damaged. The situation came under control at around 10.45 pm to 11pm. Police has classified the case as Rioting With Dangerous weapons. Deputy Prime Minister of Singapore, Dr Teo Chee Hean, has mentioned in a press conference moments ago, "Police will deal with all persons involved firmly, strictly and in accordance to the law".Case has been handed over to Singapore Police Force's Criminal Investigations Department, for a thorough investigation. More information will be provide tomorrow morning/ afternoon my time.

Apparently, Police Officers and EMS medics were killed. Unconfirmed though. Police Press Confirm to come. Some info came in and rioters are said to be in custody. Police Back up is called in and situation is calm. Military is on stand by for activation.

I am watching this live now. http://www.channelnewsasia.com/tv/live Unconfirmed reports say that the riot occurred when an accident happened t involving a Bangladeshi Worker and a Bus. When Police and EMS responded, they were surrounded by a huge group of Foreign Workers. Police Vehicles have been overturned and set on Fire. Ambulances as well. The Riot Police is on scene now and have the situation under control. It happened around 8pm my time(Singapore). are you using Zmodeler 3?? From what I heard Zmod3 doesnt work for IV... you must use either Zmod 2.2.6 or Zmod 2.2.4

Today the Liberty City State Highway Patrol(LCSHP), unveiled there newest division under the Liberty City State Department Of Public Safety's Mandatory Reorganization issued on 14th June 2013. The new Division, called the Protective Detail, is formed to work directly with the United States Secret Service. The division's main job is to work with the Secret Service and protect any important people who visits the states. That means, when President Obama arrives in Liberty City's Francis International Airport next week, security will be heightened and the Protective Detail will handle their very first assignment. Equipped with the latest technology and weapons, the Protective Detail is one of the elite divisions of Law Enforcement in the State of Liberty City. It is said that within the Protective Detail, there is a Special Emergency Response Team (SERT), a Hazardous Material Disposal Squad (HazMat Squad) and an Explosive Ordinance Disposal (EOD) Team who are ready to respond in any case of emergency. The Protective Detail was formed under the supervision of the Director of Public Safety, Commissioner Ryan Grande and U.S. Secret Service Liberty City Liaison Officer, Special Agent Andrew Turney. Trained by the U.S. Secret Service and U.S. Navy Seal Team 6, The Protective Detail officers are well equipped to handle any situations. Unveiled along with the new division are their assets. The Protective Detail officers are equipped with Low Profile unmarked Crown Victoria Police Interceptors, Unmarked Dodge Grand Caravan, Unmarked GMC Savana (SERT use), unmarked Chevrolet Suburban PPV (HazMat & EOD use) and 2014 unmarked Dodge Charger Police Package and SRT-8 versions.
