Hi ladies. So now that ScriptHook has updated it's release time. This is a pack I have been working on for the better part of the last month in a half, and I am actually very proud of it. The pack is based on Fort Worth, but the actual cars are not accurate to those, just the liveries, window templates, and lightbar are equal to Fort Worth and some of the pushbar setups. The pack comes with 13 different vehicles ranging from SUVs like FPIUs and Tahoes, Pickup trucks like Silverados and Sedans like the CVPIs and Chargers, among many other cars. I hope you guys enjoy and feel free to leave your criticism and issues you find down below.

A: I tried including the most in depth installation instructions I could find, but I know when I was new to LSPDFR didnt know anything about installing stuff, so if you have any questions you are feel free to comment with it. There are also instructions though which again, I tried making as in depth as possible to help you out.
 
Q: X isn't working why?
A: You may be doing something wrong, or I may have fucked something up. If you do find a bug or have a question please comment with a screenshot or video to give me a better idea of what is wrong and I will get back to you.
 
Q: My lightbar and windows are tinted :(
A: So there is a way to remove the tint from automatically spawning on most vehicles, which ive done for almost every model but sometimes it doesnt work like for example in the pranger or FBI slots, so you will need to use the vehicles.meta to turn that off, it also includes better handling. Made by @Slendis

After two months of literally the hardest work I've ever spent on models including I swear to god im not exaggerating hours of research and pictures, and spamming my Discord for help, and spamming the New York tag on my Discord for help. This pack includes 19 vehicles, but it is only 5 or 6 actual bases, it just includes a ton of variants for each vehicle. Includes Tahoes, Vics, etc. every single vehicle as accurate as possible to their IRL counterpart, except 2016 FPIUs, Chargers, and Tahoes and 2012 Caprices which will all be added in the future with Highriser versions. Some of the vehicles are outdated, so if you check the unit number and it's like a 2017 Dodge Charger it means that they have replaced it, I just kept these around because unique CVPIs in the NYSP are being phased out and if I did a modern day pack with all active cars they would be scarce. If you are overwhelmed read the "If you are overwhelmed" notepad because these are NOT add on, so you need to choose between vehicles , or add them on yourself and that file will 100% help you, along with the "About" notepads in each model folder. Enjoy and have fun.

Thanks for downloading this file! This is my first EUP uniform made by me, I did it as a personal project as I didn't see any other VBPD uniforms for EUP out there. I asked a few people and they all told me that the uniform was really nice so I decided to upload it so everyone can use it. Enjoy!

Los Santos Transit Commission
 
The LTC has arrived. With their bright red and white paint, there is no excuse not to see them... blocking intersections, turning randomly wide, and picking up and moving practically no one. This pack helps to bring a more Toronto vibe to Los Santos with skins for the bus, metro train, coach bus, taxi and Crown Vic taxi. The coach skins are the same from my Los Van pack minus the Oceanic Coach skin. Note that some of the vehicles will require you to add "FLAG_HAS_LIVERY" line to the vehicles meta file. Other than the meta line, this is as always the simple install of finding the .ytd folder of the vehicle you want to use then importing all the skins then save. Notice any issues or have suggestions please share in the comments section.

Please enjoy by yours truly. Locked, and no I won't convert to Non-ELS. I install it slots I don't use much so feel free to change where it installs too. Install in whatever Patchday you use, I use 15 still so yours might be different.  All I ask is have common knowledge on how to install mods. If not, google and many forum posts here are your friend. I'll be nice and even link a topic how to install here!

So, after a lot of work I have finally finished my long awaited BCSO mega pack, it includes 9 vehicles with a variety of lighting, and some are slicktop some aren't. I fully redid the interior(s) from my last models, and added more LODs on the gear that weren't in my LSPD pack so I hope you guys enjoy :) It isn't based on any department so please dont get mad at me for being inaccurate, but the liveries are based on George County, Mississippi thanks Gump for his pictures on  Flickr :)

Q: WHY THE FUCK IS MY LIGHTBAR TINTED U FUCK U BROKE MY GAME KYS!!!1!1!11111!1
A: Well, for some reason on some of the vehicles, it automatically puts window tint on the vehicles, so to fix this you can just change the window tint to none, or edit your Vehicles.meta with the lines I provided. The tint on affects the 2013 tahoe and the 2015 tahoe. If I find a permanent fix, I will be sure to update it.

A: I use RadianceV to make my lights bright, you will need something like this or another mod like it to make your lights as bright as mine.

This is the start to my LSIA Security Pack aka the "Retro" part. I plan on adding maybe 2 more vehicles to this "retro" side, but not for a little while.
Part 2 will be some modern vehicles and will be more detailed than this.

This is a pack I have been working on for the better part of the last month and I am actually very proud of it. The pack is based on Dewey Beach, but the actual cars are not accurate to those, just the liveries, and lightbar are accurate to Dewey Beach. The pack comes with 6 different vehicles, two CVPIs, one FPIU, one Tahoe, one Silverado, and one FPIS. Description
This mod adds police vests, belts, and other equipment to GTA V.
Features
The vests fit properly with various outfits! No awkward gaps or improper sizing!
Realistic gear such as earpieces and realistic vests!

Installation
First, install EUP.
To use the new vests, you must install this mod too.
 
It is strongly recommended to back up the original files before installation!
Open the File folder.
Using OpenIV, navigate to:
Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\eup\dlc.rpf\x64\eup_componentpeds.rpf
Open the corresponding folder (e.g., vest, earpiece, etc.), and place the folder (e.g., mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_vinewood) that contains the files you want to use.
In-game, change the TASK category.
If your character’s vest (or other item) has changed to the one you installed, the installation was successful.
If installed correctly, the added folders should look like this:

Hi ladies. So now that ScriptHook has updated it's release time. This is a pack I have been working on for the better part of the last month in a half, and I am actually very proud of it. The pack is based on Fort Worth, but the actual cars are not accurate to those, just the liveries, window templates, and lightbar are equal to Fort Worth and some of the pushbar setups. HERE IT IS BOYS AND GIRLS! The New York State Division of Police. After two months of literally the hardest work I've ever spent on models including I swear to god im not exaggerating hours of research and pictures, and spamming my Discord for help, and spamming the New York tag on my Discord for help. This pack includes 19 vehicles, but it is only 5 or 6 actual bases, it just includes a ton of variants for each vehicle. Includes Tahoes, Vics, etc. every single vehicle as accurate as possible to their IRL counterpart, except 2016 FPIUs, Chargers, and Tahoes and 2012 Caprices which will all be added in the future with Highriser versions. Some of the vehicles are outdated, so if you check the unit number and it's like a 2017 Dodge Charger it means that they have replaced it, I just kept these around because unique CVPIs in the NYSP are being phased out and if I did a modern day pack with all active cars they would be scarce. If you are overwhelmed read the "If you are overwhelmed" notepad because these are NOT add on, so you need to choose between vehicles , or add them on yourself and that file will 100% help you, along with the "About" notepads in each model folder. A: I use RadianceV to make my lights bright, you will need something like this or another mod like it to make your lights as bright as mine.
 
Q: Can you please make an ELS pack for my own personal town?

Q: How do I install X?
A: I tried including the most in depth installation instructions I could find, but I know when I was new to LSPDFR didnt know anything about installing stuff, so if you have any questions you are feel free to comment with it. There are also instructions though which again, I tried making as in depth as possible to help you out.
 
Q: X isn't working why?
A: You may be doing something wrong, or I may have fucked something up. If you do find a bug or have a question please comment with a screenshot or video to give me a better idea of what is wrong and I will get back to you.
 
Q: My lightbar and windows are tinted 😞
A: So there is a way to remove the tint from automatically spawning on most vehicles, which ive done for almost every model but sometimes it doesnt work like for example in the pranger or FBI slots, so you will need to use the vehicles.meta to turn that off, it also includes better handling.
