Hi ladies. So now that ScriptHook has updated it's release time. This is a pack I have been working on for the better part of the last month in a half, and I am actually very proud of it. The pack is based on Fort Worth, but the actual cars are not accurate to those, just the liveries, window templates, and lightbar are equal to Fort Worth and some of the pushbar setups. The pack comes with 13 different vehicles ranging from SUVs like FPIUs and Tahoes, Pickup trucks like Silverados and Sedans like the CVPIs and Chargers, among many other cars. I hope you guys enjoy and feel free to leave your criticism and issues you find down below.

Q: Why r ur lights so shiny pls help :(
A: I use RadianceV to make my lights bright, you will need something like this or another mod like it to make your lights as bright as mine.
 
Q: Can you please make an ELS pack for my own personal town?
A: Not even a little sorry bb 
 
Q: How do I install X?
A: I tried including the most in depth installation instructions I could find, but I know when I was new to LSPDFR didnt know anything about installing stuff, so if you have any questions you are feel free to comment with it. There are also instructions though which again, I tried making as in depth as possible to help you out.
 
Q: X isn't working why?
A: You may be doing something wrong, or I may have fucked something up. If you do find a bug or have a question please comment with a screenshot or video to give me a better idea of what is wrong and I will get back to you.
 
Q: My lightbar and windows are tinted :(
A: So there is a way to remove the tint from automatically spawning on most vehicles, which ive done for almost every model but sometimes it doesnt work like for example in the pranger or FBI slots, so you will need to use the vehicles.meta to turn that off, it also includes better handling. Made by @Slendis

A: So there is a way to remove the tint from automatically spawning on most vehicles, which ive done for almost every model but sometimes it doesnt work like for example in the pranger or FBI slots, so you will need to use the vehicles.meta to turn that off, it also includes better handling. Hi ladies. So now that ScriptHook has updated it's release time. This is a pack I have been working on for the better part of the last month in a half, and I am actually very proud of it. The pack is based on Fort Worth, but the actual cars are not accurate to those, just the liveries, window templates, and lightbar are equal to Fort Worth and some of the pushbar setups. The pack comes with 13 different vehicles ranging from SUVs like FPIUs and Tahoes, Pickup trucks like Silverados and Sedans like the CVPIs and Chargers, among many other cars. Here you have guys as promised the second part of my BSCO skin pack loosely based on Orange Co. NY Sheriff. This version contains only the cars I've found the department using at the moment in real life. I've included their two ghost skins they currently use and three K9 units. All of the textures, I have made exactly to my preference and hope you'll like them as they are. For the CVPI I would recommend using the Jedahdaiah's one because of the lack of door trimmings witch make the sheriff letters look bad.     Please do not re-upload or rip off these textures.

INFO: These vehicles are inspired by the San Francisco Police Department and Marin County Sheriff Office. Due to these cars being based on California departments they are equipped with steadyburns. This pack comes with 95% breakable windows (all except the CVPI windshields), pushbar collisions, and three light stages per vehicle except
for the unmarked CVPI, and functioning takedowns for every vehicle. If you have any problems / bugs please post a comment about it instead posting a negative review, it may just be a simple fix. I will try to help fix any problems and answer any questions.

INSTALLATION:
1. Make backups!
2. Drag all files included in the "models" folder into: gtav/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/(LATEST PATCHDAY)/dlc.rpf/x64>levels/gtav/vehicles.rpf, using OpenIV in edit mode.
3. Drag the vehicles.meta included in the "data" folder into: gtav/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gtav, using OpenIV in edit mode.
4. Drag all VCF files in the "ELS" folder into Grand Theft Auto V/ELS/pack_default.

This was an experimental vehicle that ended up being quite sought after when I posted pictures on the Gallery. I've cleaned it up and here it is ready for download. 
 
THIS VEHICLE WILL NOT RECEIVE MAJOR UPDATES. Only tweaks and bug fixes.
 
This pack contains:
2010-2013 BCFD Fire Watch Chevy Silverado   
Features: 
• Four liveries for the vehicle, including a bear patrol skin
• Full custom halogen light bar

The carcols.ymt and the carvariations files are necessary for the light bar to work properly. Full details can be found the ReadMe.

This is as always the simple install of finding the .ytd folder of the vehicle you want to use then importing all the skins then save. Notice any issues or have suggestions please share in the comments section. I have noticed a few modellers have changed the name of the texture for the model, say for example, from chrg_sign_1 to chr2_sign_1, for most models I have found the skins still fit but you will need to rename the files accordingly.

Finally I've created a pack that I'm happy to release. This is my first pack, and is based off various Canadian Police Departments.

Information:
The snowy season is nearly upon us, and I got the vibe for some snow ready vehicles. And when I thought of snow, I thought Canada, and when I thought Canada, I thought producing lore friendly vehicles with a fictional lightbar. 
 
The vehicles feature a hybrid lightbar, including halogen and LED lights, and two vehicles with arrow boards.

Known Bugs:
The ELS controlled arrowboard may cause crashes if used in the Video Editor. Only seems to occur when the arrow board is active. The arrowboard may reset without keys being pressed, simply use the keys to bring it back down and then it'll work normally.

This is a Category 1 Tanker used by the Rural Fire Service in NSW, Australia. Based on an Isuzu FTS800 chassis, it has a custom built rear end specifically designed to tackle grass and bushfires, along with any other type of emergency or fire.
It uses lighting equiptment by Code 3.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTES:

This vehicle IS NOT in a finished state. there are many things with this model that I would like to change, but due to circumstances, cannot. These issues may be rectifed in later versions.
The problems in particular are:
Interior: It's a really shitty interior that I'm not proud of. I intend to change it
Collisions: I intended for the player to be able to get up and stand in the tray on the back of the truck. This has so far been unsuccessful, but I will keep trying.

Royal San Andreas Police
(RCMP Based)
 
This pack is based off the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. This pack, along with all my other things aren't designed specifically for a single vehicle pack but rather the most commonly used models. Now if anyone knows which 2016 Explorer model is going to prevail as the most common, please share as there are many different models currently out there and I am unsure which ones to keep skinning and which to start working with. Now let me tell you, there are so many variations on the RCMP scheme that unless you are basing it solely off of one provinces version, you will never get an 'accurate' skin. This pack is supposed to be a general look and is mainly a cross between BC and Alberta RCMP variations of the scheme. Hi there. So this is a mini pack of two 2014 FPIUs for the Metropolitan Transportation Authority Police Department of New York/Connecticut. They have jurisdiction over the entire state of New York, patrolling and protecting specifically the trains and subways and transit hubs of the state, as well as parts of Connecticut. A: I use RadianceV to make my lights bright, you will need something like this or another mod like it to make your lights as bright as mine.

Q: How do I install X?
A: I tried including the most in depth installation instructions I could find, but I know when I was new to LSPDFR didnt know anything about installing stuff, so if you have any questions you are feel free to comment with it. There are also instructions though which again, I tried making as in depth as possible to help you out.
 
Q: X isn't working why?
A: You may be doing something wrong, or I may have fucked something up. If you do find a bug or have a question please comment with a screenshot or video to give me a better idea of what is wrong and I will get back to you.
 
Q: My lightbar and windows are tinted :(
A: So there is a way to remove the tint from automatically spawning on most vehicles, which ive done for almost every model but sometimes it doesnt work like for example in the pranger or FBI slots, so you will need to use the vehicles.meta to turn that off, it also includes better handling.
