It is accurate, not based on but whatever not based on would be the Utica Police Department, it is as accurate as possible, and because it is in NY it features forward red and white lighting. A: So there is a way to remove the tint from automatically spawning on most vehicles, which ive done for almost every model but sometimes it doesnt work like for example in the pranger or FBI slots, so you will need to use the vehicles.meta to turn that off, it also includes better handling. Made by @Slendis

HERE IT IS BOYS AND GIRLS! The New York State Division of Police. After two months of literally the hardest work I've ever spent on models including I swear to god im not exaggerating hours of research and pictures, and spamming my Discord for help, and spamming the New York tag on my Discord for help. This pack includes 19 vehicles, but it is only 5 or 6 actual bases, it just includes a ton of variants for each vehicle. Includes Tahoes, Vics, etc. every single vehicle as accurate as possible to their IRL counterpart, except 2016 FPIUs, Chargers, and Tahoes and 2012 Caprices which will all be added in the future with Highriser versions. Some of the vehicles are outdated, so if you check the unit number and it's like a 2017 Dodge Charger it means that they have replaced it, I just kept these around because unique CVPIs in the NYSP are being phased out and if I did a modern day pack with all active cars they would be scarce. If you are overwhelmed read the "If you are overwhelmed" notepad because these are NOT add on, so you need to choose between vehicles , or add them on yourself and that file will 100% help you, along with the "About" notepads in each model folder. Hi ladies. So now that ScriptHook has updated it's release time. This is a pack I have been working on for the better part of the last month in a half, and I am actually very proud of it. The pack is based on Fort Worth, but the actual cars are not accurate to those, just the liveries, window templates, and lightbar are equal to Fort Worth and some of the pushbar setups. The pack comes with 13 different vehicles ranging from SUVs like FPIUs and Tahoes, Pickup trucks like Silverados and Sedans like the CVPIs and Chargers, among many other cars. INFO: Over the past few months I've worked very hard on this pack to make it the best it possibly can for release, and its my best work yet of course.
This pack comes with: 95% breakable windows (all except the CVPI windshields), pushbar collisions, three light stages per vehicle, and functioning
takedowns for every vehicle.

3. Drag the vehicles.meta included in the "vehicles.meta" folder into: gtav/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gtav, using OpenIV in edit mode.
4. Drag all VCF files in the "ELS VCFs" folder into Grand Theft Auto V/ELS/pack_default.

KNOWN BUGS:
-CVPI windshield does not shatter.
-Due to the slots they are in, policeold1 and policeold2 spawn in with matte paint. This can be fixed by manually changing the color of the car in your trainer.

Los Santos County Sheriff's Pack

Details
 This is a pack for the (lore friendly) Los Santos County Sheriff's (Office/Department). This pack was not based off of any real life department or agency. The original creation of the pack was intended for private FiveM usage, but has now been fully released publicly. The following pack includes 193 vehicle textures, all of which are in 4K quality. There is a total of 14 vehicles included in this current version of the pack. There are two versions of liveries. The first option 1, contains the text "County Sheriff" on the back of the cars. The second option 2, contains the text "Caution Sheriff" on the back of the cars.  Future vehicles may be possibly added to the pack for further usage.

Q: Can you help me with...
A: Did you read the README?
No; well too bad. Yes; what can I help you with.   
Q: Can my game still run these textures if my PC can't handle 4K?
A: Yes! Simply change the mipmap levels for the texture to a lower level. The lower the level the lower the quality, but you will be able to use the skins.
 
Q: Can you add this vehicle...?
A: Maybe... Please leave any suggested vehicles in the comments, please keep in mind its not guaranteed I will add it.
 
Q: What is the  "Caution Sheriff" text?
A: IDK... Lets just say I liked it at first, now I don't. 
 
Known Bugs/Issues
Game issues - If the vehicle will not spawn in, game crashes or will not start after putting in skins please do the following.
Simply reopen the .ytd file -> Find skins that were replaced/imported -> Click on skin and change Mipmap levels -> Depending on installation it should be high or low, try 
changing based on your system. If low, such as 1, increase. If high, such as 12, decrease. Also be sure the skins are in the DXT5 formatting.
Dark Windows - The 2014 Charger does currently have an issue in which the right, passenger window, is almost completely black. This is due to the window tint modification
texture included in the pack. I am currently working a fix for the issue. Though to not have the dark window simply don't install the window texture for the Charger.

Hi ladies. So here is this pack, I thought I would go pretty unique and the mix of a Vespucci Beach PD pack and a Raydian is a perfect combination for a unique pack in my eyes. This is a pack I have been working on for the better part of the last month and I am actually very proud of it. The pack is based on Dewey Beach, but the actual cars are not accurate to those, just the liveries, and lightbar are accurate to Dewey Beach. The pack comes with 6 different vehicles, two CVPIs, one FPIU, one Tahoe, one Silverado, and one FPIS. A: So there is a way to remove the tint from automatically spawning on most vehicles, which ive done for almost every model but sometimes it doesnt work like for example in the pranger or FBI slots, so you will need to use the vehicles.meta to turn that off, it also includes better handling. Made by @Slendis

1. Can you make it with red and blue lights?
NO! This is a CPD specific vehicle and was made to only work with all blue lights.
 
2. Can you remove the sign on the light bar?
NO! That is a Beat Tag and is a signature tradition of CPD. This was not made to be a universal vehicle and is built to CPD specifications.
 
3. Does CPD use that skin?
YES! It is the new design that was chosen by Superintendent Eddie Johnson to replace the "out dated" blue stripe car that has been used since the early 1970's

A: So there is a way to remove the tint from automatically spawning on most vehicles, which ive done for almost every model but sometimes it doesnt work like for example in the pranger or FBI slots, so you will need to use the vehicles.meta to turn that off, it also includes better handling. This is a pack I have been working on for the better part of the last month and I am actually very proud of it. The pack is based on Dewey Beach, but the actual cars are not accurate to those, just the liveries, and lightbar are accurate to Dewey Beach. The pack comes with 6 different vehicles, two CVPIs, one FPIU, one Tahoe, one Silverado, and one FPIS.
