    MAKE SURE POST FX AND SHADERS IN GAME SETTINGS ARE HIGH OR ABOVE. IT TELLS YOU THAT IN THE READ ME OF RADIANCE V AND I RECOMMEND USING THE VISUAL DATA SETTINGS IT GIVES YOU. This question has been answered many times in the forums and is the usual fix. Sorry for sounding like a bleep but when people download they don't read the read me parts then go on asking questions that are already been answered several times. if it isnt this something else may be wrong but this is the fix.
