Did you try without all the mods and ENB? The only thing I know, is that CPUs often drop down to 800MHz when they idle, I have an AMD Phenom II X4 945 and it's idle clockspeed is 800MHz. Could you verify it runs at 800MHz while the game is running and that it still lags even without ENB and the mods installed?

Import into Sony Vegas and render as Sony AVC MP4. Or you could just compress them with any program into xvid avi (god I love this codec).

There is no ENB version for 1.0.7.0 - It's not being developed anymore. You may find one made for 1.0.4.0 tweaked to work on Patch 7. Personally, I'd stay away from ENB. It's quite ressource intensive and you get all kinds of nasty bugs. On top of that, ENB 0.082 has a tendency to fry nvidia cards.

It's because you use ELS, that you keep finding them abandoned. ELS keeps vehicles from despawning, you know...

It is possible that it shows you have NET Framework 4 Extended even though you don't have the extended version - This is a known case. Just do what I'm saying and download and install it from the provided link again to be sure.

Did you use the troubleshooter correctly? If you had done, you should have come across this page. It asks you to install two things (the first two links). Please try installing them and then report back. On a brighter side, you read the stickies, so that makes me proud of you and restores some faith in the visitors of this forum.

Wouldn't go with the 550 or 450. I'd really recommend you take the 560, if you can.

It's a known bug. The devs are working on it, I'm closing it for now. There is another thread on this around here.
