Basic Vehicle Actions
Alright, I have a suggestion @Lt.Caine. Would it be possible to implement a feature where, if you have ELS installed and are in the blackout mode, the automatic break lights wont turn on? :)

2017 California Highway Patrol Mega Pack - ELS
Yeah, I've worked around it kinda. Stage 1 is fine, Im not touching that secondary group. But I can't have the traffic advisor without the red on as well as the blue, which sucks a bit. I really wish we could have both the front lights and the back advisor on at the same time aswell.

2017 California Highway Patrol Mega Pack - ELS
Have you never seen steady burn on any emergency vehicle? Sure, they can turn it off, however the steady burn option in ELS doesn't allow you to do that. An if they do use their front lights, they are required to use them. That's the law. And yes, they actually do follow the law, even in reality. You're right, CHP doesn't have any other main pattern than the wig wag and the secondary yelp flash. It (the flashing pattern) can however be replicated with ELS, I have done it myself! And youtuber Polecat has so to. Thing is, that pattern is not added to the CHP format, it's only in the LEDS format, which we (as if what I've discovered atm) can't use if we for example want to have that unique blue steady burn in the back while using the traffic advisor. Therefor, I have made a comment asking of we could get that pattern in the CHP format, and if he (Lt. Caine) could make the current wig-wag one a bit quicker, to make it realistic. Again, yes they are stuck with the wig wag and flash flash patterns. They can't switch between them when they want. Not every car has the flashing one either, as far as I know. The only thing they can choose, is whether or not to have front lights activated (which will also trigger the steady burn), to have all front lights steady burn, or to have them off. In the back, they can (seperately) controll if they want the in-and-out pattern, or a traffic advisor. They can infact use the wig wag at the same time as the traffic advisor with the blue steady burn, but we can't do that as of right now, since ELS is limited on that part.

Emergency Lighting System
@Lt.Caine I truly love this mod, it's great, and with Thehurk's CHP Mega Pack, it's absolutely awesome! However, I've noticed that the wig wag pattern found in the CHP format is a bit slow compared to the real CHP vehicles. I've also noticed that there is no on-off pattern, which some CHP vehicles use as secondary, for their yelp siren (see the video at the bottom). After messing around, having fun with the LEDS format (again, awesome mod, amazinly enjoyable to play around with!), I put together this, an edited VCF for Thehurk's CHP Mega Pack. The primary pattern is quicker, and I've added the secondary pattern. It's a bit too quick here though, but it's the closest I could find out of the many ELS patterns. What I would suggest is for the wig wag pattern in the CHP format to be sped up a bit. I would also love to see a flashing on-off pattern with the same speed as a fourth pattern in the CHP format. It would make the lives of us, the CHP fanboys, absolutely perfect Here is the real-life video I tried to go after:

2017 California Highway Patrol Mega Pack - ELS
I've noticed that on the 2013 Explorer, you're using two independent components for the lights on the door mirrors, which allows them to move when the door opens. That's neat, but it means that you have had to add one of the rear lights to the same component as half of the front lights because you're limited on the amount of components you can use, and this means that we can't have the front lights steady burn while the vehicle is in park (slash while we are outside), as it conflicts with the rear pattern, correct? On every other model that has lights on the mirrors, even the slicktop version of the 2013 Explorer, these mirror lights are a part of the same two components as the rest of the front lights. By having them on the same components as the rest of the front, you're able to have the front steady burn while the vehicle is in park, because you have enough components to give all the rear ones it's own. It means that they don't move when the door opens, and therefore is left in mid air, but we're not leaving our door open unless there's the need for protection, and in that case I don't think we're gonna notice either, as it's a very small detail. I only realized when I tried to figure out how to make my front lights steady burn. I would suggest to have the lights mounted on the door mirrors be a part of the same components as the rest of the front lights. I think it gives us the max amount of realism we can have with the amount of components we can use. Or, if you could have all the extra gear as a vehicle mod, so that we have to use the vehicle mod menu to add it, you could use component 12 and the one component you're not using (for example number 2 on the 2011 CVPI) for the mirror lights. Again though, this pack is truly awesome, thank you very much for all the time and effort you've put into this. As a huge CHP fanboy, I'm in love with this!

2017 California Highway Patrol Mega Pack - ELS
This is by far the best CHP vehicles ever in GTA. Great job, Hurk! I hear some complaining from people not liking the lighting patterns, but you all have to understand that this is indeed realistic. The CHP has a lot of settings on their lighting systems, so what officers use will vary. Here is a video from one officer showing off the traffic advisor you see in this pack: By actually using functions in ELS like browsing secondary lights while being at stage 2, you can change the direction of the traffic advisor like this officer can.

I've noticed a small issue with the headlamps of the 13 Explorer. It seems like the glass disappear when it's in the shadow. Is it ment to be like that?

For the CHP pack I really hope to see the same awesome components like the cameras on top! :) Will there be better handling lines for the vehicles than last time? Not to be demanding but I felt like it was kind of hard to drive some of them :p

What should Thehurk Finish first?!
I'll let my ego decide this, so it has to be CHP ;)

You have no idea how hyped I am for this ELS CHP pack. I'm still using your old CHP pack, it's great, and this looks very promising! Nobody has nailed them like you did, very glad you're making an ELS version, so that I can try out ELS too! :) Keep it up! :D
