  1. I carefully followed all instructions and watched the video when I installed this mod. However, despite this, when trying to load SirenMastery.dll, I get an error message saying: "Exception message: Could not find file 'D:\Games\Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\SirenMastery\vehicles\0x0D329446.wav.'" I looked at the siren hashtag list in GravelRoadCop's Modern Siren Pack, and found out that this is actually the primary police siren. Which is weird, because in the game I can hear it just fine. I looked in the vehicles folder I extracted from the path the directions told me to, and sure enough, it wasn't in there. So in OpenIV, I went to x64/audio/sfx/RESIDENT.rpf (not in mods) and extracted vehicles.awc as WAV to a folder on my desktop. I looked in the vehicles folder for the file, and I didn't find it in there, either. I verified the game data (I have the R* Warehouse version of the game), extracted vehicles.awc as WAV to the folder on the desktop, and the file still wasn't in there. Again, I carefully followed the instructions and watched the video. I really hope the only solution to this isn't a reinstall. It would be the third time that I'd have to reinstall the game due to such a small issue that has no other fix. Here's my RPH log. RagePluginHook.log
