Btw I put a new folder called "scripts" (no quotes) in my root folder and it's still not working. Maybe it's a broken mod. regarding the light problem, I changed the emissive night down to 1000 (from 1500) lights are still too..... what's the word, bloomy? There's just too much color radiating off the lights themselves. I can barely see a vehicle during a pursuit. So I downloaded someone's mod called "realistic radiance" I believe, and now they are not bloomy enough hahaa. Gotta love modding right?

Dismemberment mod says to install in "scripts I assume that's the plugins folder where you use ragehook to manually load scripts but they don't work. thanks for the guide!

Anyone wanna give me their visualsettings file? My lights are very very bright. I'm running redux. also anyone ever use the dismemberment mod. Can't seem to find the right file to place that in. and can someone tell me how to add more police slots so I can have a variety of sheriff and police vehicles?

Okay so i just downloaded a vehicle that required me to replace the meta. I think i got it working however all of my FPIUs seem to suddenly have a very stiff turning radius. Same with my FBI charger. I have redux downloaded and this was never a problem till i downloaded an FPIU with the Valor on it. I have all FPIUs on the Baller2 handling line and that fixed some flipping issues and some of the stiffness but it still isn't the same. Where did I go wrong? Can i just download a handling mod and install it and it will affect all of the vehicles? Or do I need to change something in my vehicle.meta?

Can someone please tell me why the hell Im suddenly not able to edit my config files? It keeps saying I need to find an administrator to save my config! I just want to disable police smart radio from the controller I use. I recently had a computer crash, it disabled my wifi capabilities but i guess it also locked me out of administrative privileges?! How does this happen? How can I once again edit my files and save them?!

Anyone have a bad time with a mod that changes all vehicles to real life vehicles? Debating on this but down wanna kill my game

I changed my mods folder, havent tried it, but my open IV is saying my folder is incorrect even though it is?

just tried it, I didnt crash but it put me in the loading screen for a long time, heard the game initialize with that peculiar "pop" but the loading screen kept going

Hello Im on disc, I finally got rage working (kinda) it just crashes now. Its no longer giving me the error message for the game mode. I have the report here.

Rage and still saying game version 0.0 also GTA start up (regular start up) crashes. Just freezes on loading screen Edit, unsupported game patch installed game version: 0 i did the update, I did everything else, all I did was install redux in my mods folder

Just installed the new update. I keep getting error messages from Rage regarding insufficient system requirements/ permissions. Updated Rage and Scripthook as well. Rage just crashes with a Scripthook error. This was working before the update. I do have Redux downloaded. maybe this is the issue? had to update the game for the juicy DLC and because I was having texture problems in Grapeseed/ Northern parts of the map. What do?

Would anyone know if it's okay to update my game with redux? I have installed the mod to the game folder, and the update would be nice so I don't have to keep turning my wifi on and off to prevent the download. I just don't wanna mess my game up fam

Update, Redux downloaded beautifully, I'm extatic for it. It looks so good and the crash kinetics are awesome, plus red dead style rag doll! Weapon sounds are amazing, and the vehicle handling is in point. Plus there's some great American advertising in game ('merica) Only down side is I can only play offline (I am fearful letting rockstar social club updated will delete Redux) i have finally finished modding my GTA5. I'll have to post some screen shots because night time looks amazing with redux and ELS. I might even start a YouTube series! Lmao.

Heyooooo so I downloaded GTA5 a week ago and had rage automatically make a back up. only thing is I don't know how to operate any of these backup files. im only asking because I'm trying to download Redux on a clean install. Isnt a backup up a clean install? I see gamebackups.rph in my gta 5 main directory. in the end I would like to keep my current modded game (with lspdfr) and then have a redux version just to try out and see what the hype is about. i might of just boned myself however, tried installing Redux on my current game. So many tutorials telling me to install in mods folder, install in game folder etc etc. now I'm sitting here at 1am watching the Rockstar launcher update my game back to 60 gigs. i guess my question in simple terms is how to access my backup game. Also so did Redux take forever for you guys to download? I terminated the install twice and lost about 20 gigs of my game data. Hopefully I don't have to reinstall gta 5.

Anyone mess with REDUX? Looks pretty neat.will it work with LSPDFR? Also found a mod to bring real car textures to the game. Anyone have any info on this mod?
