hi , please allow the ragehook through your anti virus then it should work, basically the firewall and anti virus is blocking ragehook, i had the same issue after the update.

fellow officers hope you are well, i am an experienced lspdfr player and since the newest update to gta had to reinstall lspdfr obviously however my els lighting is not working correctly on any other vehicle except police (1), the lights will steady burn from spawn and the sirens are not working either, i have tried every method i can find online and cannot get it working it is really annoying. if someone can please help it will be much appreciated. everything is installed correctly as i have done it 1000 times.
