    Agh...sorry man, I'll give it two for the effort, but damn this skin is hell on the eyes. I like the font you used for the "POLICE" lettering and car number on the roof, plus "HIGHWAY PATROL" on the hood. But that generic Calibri (if I'm not mistaken) on the sides...plus that combination of black, grey, red and yellow...ick. Also, I'm going on the assumption that you wanted to make your own version of a CHP paint job because you put their badge on the side and "California" on the bumper/license plate. I like that effort because there's already a lot of generic CHP skins - but, it could've been executed much, much better. I'd say work on your lines, your color mixing, and get some new custom fonts (you can find plenty for free online).
