So i done everything good i done all those tips , i have installed .net framework and everyting but its sayng for me something about MSVPC100.dll just please help me i really want play this mod i love this mod its looks so awesome.... (Gta 4 is working but when i start playng i press alt + p at the same time and nothing is happening) And yes my gta 4 is legal i buy it on steam. So i drop my log file and gta 4 files photo.... Please help me. Photos of my gta 4 files (gyazo is fast photo sorry its not ad ) - First photo second photo   Very sorry for my bad english. :) Diagnostics_14.7.2016_21_39_26.log *Update* Nothing about MSVPC100.dll now showing only says check log file for error.   3. (Bad english , sorry ) So when i press alt + p nothing happening i read some tips and i see that i need run gta 4 as Administrator. But im using steam and when i make shortcut i can't see "Run as administrator" so i was wondering if you can help me guys. So yea i need help - How can i run gta 4 as Administrator on Steam. Thanks for all who helped me or tryed to help me :)
