bur587 got a reaction from BlueLine Vibes in ELS + Rockstar Editor = Sh*tIm trying to make a GIF for my Steam profile but the police car lighting gets messed up. The lighting looks fine until I add a marker. Some of the lights stay on and some flash way too fast. Any fix to this? Can someone test this?
