None of the keys work, can't put the lights on, siren, nothing. Thought I put more info in but I apparently didn't, sorry.

It's really 3 cars, one is a police car and the other two are civilian cars. I am pretty sure they are from different authors.

When I install some cars and only some cars, I get an issue where the vehicle won't have tires, sometimes they'll show up on the door. The door won't have the opening animation. I was hoping you guys would be able to help me. :) EDIT: have photos on one of the cars with wheel turned and without, http://prntscr.com/ei3ilb , http://prntscr.com/ei3iqk

I rebuilt the archive I think it said under edit so that's fixed you guys can try it (either under edit or file) but now I got another problem ELS V8 and LCPDFR 1.0 are not working....I downloaded and installed manually (watched YouTube on how to install both) because the file kept deleting (cause norton thinks its a virus but I put Norton in silent mode but still didn't help) PLEASE help sorry for double post PLEASE HELP

What the topic says I installed a couple mods and then made sure OpenIV was closed now no cars are spawning can someone please help? (a couple posts down says what I did for LCPDFR and ELS)
