Their duty is to enforce the law all over the state, securing the roads, catching people who don't respect the law, and doing all what they can to keep the public safe.

Be a hero isn't just wear an uniform with a badge on it. It's very much more of what you could think.
Never heard about fire department? Paramedics? Lifeguard? National Guard? Didn't they count?

Consequently, there's no separate slot for a 6-point star badge, and furthermore there's no 6-point star badge featured in EUP, nor GTA V agencies in general.

PS: I have to make something clear: 
1) I already know the badge isn't done properly, but it's due to the fact that the uniform badge has the circles per each star point in real life, and the badge on this model isn't like that.
2) If you want to put a hat on your ped, in order to make it to seem realistic, replace its original hat with the LSPD one, just remember to change the slot names.

Do you know about FBI agents? Well, usually we imagine them dressing like normal people, without uniforms. But this time, you'll see an FBI Police officer, yes, this one wears an uniform.
