badass22 got a reaction from EddyChen11 for a file, [ELS] 1988 Chevrolet Caprice 9C1 - Los Angeles Sheriff's DepartmentHello everyone! I'm here with my pride to present one of the hardest cars to make, knowing that its supposed to replicate its real life counterpart. The car I'm going to present you is a Chevrolet Caprice 9C1 from Los Angeles Sheriff's Department. This car is a reknown piece of history for the department and also cars in general. It wasn't easy to make, or better say know to make this car. There were so few pics of it (most of them are shitty replicas spawning randomly on Google) that I had to dig in things like LASD classic recruiting videos and even the episodes from the COPS TV Series (Season 2, 1989-1990) to find actual references of this car, and make it like how it's supposed to be.
And now, I finally succeded!
F.A.Q.
Q: Why do the lights steady burn randomly?
A: It's probably an ELS thing, use a trainer to disable the extras which turn on the lights.
Q: Why are LSTG-1 and LSTG-2 the same?
A: As you know, this car is from the 80s, so don't expect to have so many patterns and be a fancy Christmas tree.
Q: Why doesn’t the car work?
A: I put a Readme in the archive. Check it out.
Enjoy!

After a long time of inactivity, I can finally say it: I'm back! Yes, I'm back this time with something different, more exclusive, that you've ever seen in a long time: an unmarked Chevrolet Caprice 9C1.
If you are that type of cop who likes things as being undercover, going after the drug dealer, and sneak up on him by flashing the lights when you're behind him, this detective box Caprice is the car for you.
A huge "Thanks!" to @YoNeilGaming for taking these amazing screenshots and his showcase video right here:

badass22 got a reaction from Darnath for a file, [ELS] 1982 Chevrolet Impala F41 - California Highway PatrolHello everyone! I'm proud to present you the car that signs my switch from city to state department. Here is the 1982 Chevrolet Impala F41 from California Highway Patrol.
Features:
Federal Signal Aerodynic Model 24 California Spec Police equipment in the interior ELS halogen lightning setup Full carcols.ymt file integrations with coronas

F.A.Q.
Q: Why aren't the lights working?
A: In some slots the car is placed in, the light may not work due to overwriting values encountered in the carcols file.
Q: Why do the lights work only in LSTG-3?
A: This car is over 30 years old. The lightbars they mounted back then only had 2 stages. Pratically LSTG-1 and LSTG-2 are for the traffic stop (rear yellow lights flashing), and LSTG-3 is for Code 3 response (all lights working).
Q: Can I take the DEV model of this car and customize it as I wish?
A: Yes you can. But don't forget to credit the original authors of the DEV model. If you don't wanna get in trouble. Hahahaha! I'm joking but just credit them.
Hope you like it.
Enjoy!

badass22 reacted to TaylorSwift for a file, [ELS] Florida Highway Patrol Dodge Charger Mini-PackNot for use in FiveM communities.
I created my FHP forum post almost two years ago, I was very hesitant to release anything as I was in fear of a less than pleasant response to the models provided. I've put a lot of work into the accuracy to detail for these cars, they're about as accurate as I could possibly make them for a video game. After two years, I think a few of these are ready for release. If I receive a positive response then hey, maybe i'll throw out some Tahoes and CVPI's! Hopefully this pack may encourage a few of you to actually update ragehook and make your game playable again. Yes, I know. It's dreadful.
There are four dodge chargers included in this pack, they're more modern than they are older as most of them are 2016+.
I do have plans to add the newer all blue Code3 Pursuit Chargers as well as the older chargers with the previous gen. Javelin Lightbars. I don't have a timeline for when those will be added.
Models Included:
2014 Dodge Charger Marked Road Patrol with the updated Code3 Javelin
2016 Dodge Charger Marked Road Patrol with the Code3 RX2700 Multicolored Lightbar
2016 Dodge Charger Marked Road Patrol Slicktop with the Code3 Supervisor Flex lightbar
2016 Dodge Charger Ghost Road Patrol with the Code3 Headliner Light Module
The newer vehicles feature some really interesting and new lighting setups. There is a Ghost/Stealth unit included that is fairly new and a really unique design. Enjoy!
If you need support, please comment your issue and do not post it in a review!
Known Issues include a few tiny texture bugs that i'll get to and that's about it. If you have some crazy gamebreaking issue that DOES have to do with the models, go ahead and shoot me a PM my dog.
I want to give a special thanks to a few people who have taken this pack very far with modeling tips and pointers and models themselves.
@OfficerFive0 You have provided a lot of support as well as a shit ton of models, really helped me out. Thank you.
@Fartknockr I had a few utterly stupid gamebreaking model issues and you assisted me in seconds, much appreciated support. Nice Westin too.
@DogShoe13 Thanks for scratch making a few parts here and there that really added to the immersion with accuracy.
@Chappie My emotional support dog.
Tony my boi, idk your name on fr, but you provided a hella good ghost skin, danks.

badass22 got a reaction from NUV3X for a file, Los Angeles Police Department EUP PackEver dreamed to be in the LAPD?
This is your moment!
Hello everybody! I'm glad to present you a pack I specifically made for one of the most famous (but also notorious) police departments in the United States:
the Los Angeles Police Department EUP Pack.
With this, you can have an unique experience joining the LAPD, because you can be part of any division you want, including K9, bicycle, riot, air and SWAT division.
What are you waiting for? Take your uniform, get in your Crown Vic and go bring back the order in LA. Back on the beat.

badass22 got a reaction from patvmru for a file, Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department EUP PackHello everybody! How's it goin'?
Today I present you the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department EUP Pack, dedicated to the largest sheriff department in the world.
With this pack, you can feel the real experience of joining the LASD, any division you want, from regular police to SWAT, from K9 to air unit. Yay, everything you want.
Of course, to use this pack you need these:
READ CAREFULLY: I want to point out that the agency I made this pack for, in real life, has a badge on the uniforms which is different from the one I made the textures for. LASD badge here is 7-point star shaped, but in real life it's 6-point star shaped. I guess people from LA County and SoCal LE enthusiasts already know this. It's because different textures from different agencies share the same badge model (this one you see in the pics). Consequently, there's no separate slot for a 6-point star badge, and furthermore there's no 6-point star badge featured in EUP, nor GTA V agencies in general.
If EUP Staff will release a version with a separated badge model (6-point star), I'll make sure this pack will be even more close to real life.
Hope you like it. Enjoy!

badass22 got a reaction from hediAZ3 for a file, Federal Bureau of Investigation EUP PackThe Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is the domestic intelligence and security service of the United States, and its principal federal law enforcement agency.
Founded on July 26, 1908, during Theodore Roosevelt's presidency, it is the main operating arm of the US Department of Justice. The FBI has jurisdiction over violations of more than 200 categories of federal crimes, leading US counter-terrorism, counterintelligence, and criminal investigative organization.
Be a FBI agent is not only fighting against crime and terrorism. It's much more than you can ever believe. It's passion. It's dedication. It's putting your life on the line to protect and to serve for your country, anytime, anywhere, anyhow.
Ladies & Gentlemen, I'm very excited to present you the Federal Bureau of Investigation EUP Pack. The pack you need to be an FBI agent, undercover, response team, SWAT, every division you can join in to be an FBI. Being a sworn agent of the principal agency of the US Department of Justice, your duty is to act to protect and to serve for your country and for your people, at all costs.
Of course, to use this pack you need these:

badass22 got a reaction from patvmru for a file, Central Intelligence Agency EUP PackThe Central Intelligence Agency is a foreign intelligence service of the US federal government, tasked with gathering, processing, and analyzing national security information from around the world. Unlike FBI, the CIA has no law enforcement function and is mainly focused on overseas intelligence gathering, with only limited domestic intelligence collection.
Talking about this file, although I wrote "Pack" in the title, I don't think this could be considered as such. Because CIA (IAA) in EUP doesn't have a very important role like FBI (FIB), hence there's no tactical team or other stuff like the other agency, only a couple of badges just let yourself recognize as CIA agent.
Of course, to use this pack you need these:
Hope you like it. Enjoy!

badass22 got a reaction from Ragnrok for a file, Department of Homeland Security EUP PackThe United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is a cabinet department of the United States federal government with responsibilities in public security, roughly comparable to the interior of home ministries of other countries. Its stated missions involve anti-terrorism, border security, immigration and customs, cyber security, and disaster prevention and management. It was created on November 25, 2002, by President George W. Bush in response to the September 11 attacks, and is also currently the youngest U.S. cabinet department.
The DHS isn't just a federal agency, it's a coalition of various agency whose duty is to protect the US soil. Two of the most known are:
- US Customs and Border Protection, that enforces U.S. laws along its international borders (air, land, and sea) including its enforcement of U.S. immigration, customs, and agriculture laws while at and patrolling between all U.S. ports-of-entry;
- US Immigration & Customs Enforcement, which has two bureaus, one that enforces U.S. laws while it investigates and gathers intelligence on national and international criminal activities that threaten the security of the homeland (Homeland Security Investigations), and one that investigates violations of the Immigration and Nationality Act, and enforces the detention, deportation, and removal of violators of United States immigration law (Enforcement and Removal Operations).
THIS IS FAMOUSLY/NOTORIOUSLY KNOWN AS TRUMP DEPORTATION FORCE.
