  1. Problem with rotating lights

    I have some struggle with the rotating lighs on my police vehicles, as you can see in the video the won't rotate, instead something grey flashes inside the lightbar. The lights get on after 8 seonds. Same problem with fire trucks and ambulances... I installed a few mods like the third day after I bought GTA V but I can't remember which ones or which install path I used as it was some time since, and the problem started after that. Anyone else got this problem after installing a mod and can tell me which one it was so I can try to fix the problem? Or does anyone know how to fix it, please tell me.
