  1. Insufficient Permissions/Computer Slow

    Hello, I have done a fresh install of GTA and for some reason the game still won't load properly. I get the error message 'Computer Slow/ Insufficient Permissions. I have looked around on the forums for ways people have tried but i cannot seem to fix this issue. I tried increasing the threshhold up to 60000 and below playing around. But nothing seems to want to work. Kind Regards Wilson UpDate: Game Now Crashes when it gets to 'Enjoy'
