    So I have installed and uninstalled Radiance V multiple times trying to figure this out. I have also watched many videos on installing it and read many forums and I really can't find an answer. When I install Radiance V the lights on the modded police vehicles only appear white. No red or blue color at all. This does not happen with the default game police cars only the modded ones I have installed. Like I said I've tried so many things so if someone could provide some help or maybe detailed install instructions so I can make sure I'm installing everything correctly I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks.
