  3. The Z button showing the Zone and vehicle you are in is code that Rockstar programmed, its base game. You would change that in the controls / keyboard settings spot in settings.
  4. Clicking Z once will display it for a few seconds, it disappears on its own. You could disable the Z key altogether in the .ini if you want. And then use the menu as a referrance to what day / time it is.
  5. Yes, you would go to police radio (M -> Police Radio) and mark yourself as not available for calls. No events will spawn while you are set to not available. Yes, please read the .ini. You can change this value to 45 minutes. It would need to be in seconds format though. ; How often (in seconds) the mod attempts to spawn an event. AmbientCheckIntervalSeconds=240 Z is not used in this context but if you are referring to adding a modified, I do not plan on adding one.

  7. Added a note, Entire Map - These ambient events can spawn anywhere in the city or county. Note: For the county spawns, most will be around structures or in towns. ie: Paleto, Sandy, Grapeseed, and the stores and motels on Route 69. Also included some on the major highways as well. AND, even the dirt roads along the creek near Mount Chilliad.

General This mod is created to dynamically adjust the the ped and vehicle traffic on GTA 5 while patrolling. It adds a rush hour, night life, and quiet mode to traffic. No other mods or callouts required, perfect for a more vanilla experience. I recommend using Stop the Ped or Policing Redefined. Join Discord Please feel free to join to make suggestions, share screenshots, reports bugs, or play games. Key Features Menu - By pressing F10, you can adjust the Time and even Weather to your choosing. In Game Enable/Disable feature. Click Z to see the current traffic mode. Dynamic Time Rush Hour (6 am - 10 am) Night Life (Thursday, Friday, Satuday 8 pm - 3am) Quiet (3am - 6am) Optimized - The current settings are fairly balanced to work on mediocre and higher end PC's. Customizable - Values can be adjusted in the .ini. I recommend keeping them the same as adjusting them further can cause issues. If you go too high in value then the base game will just reset it to default in my experience. Important Note This mod is more visible is certain areas. Downtown Los Santos rush hour looks very different than rush hour in Sandy Shores.

General "Kuchera Patrol - Ambient Events" is a mod that brings a patrol aspect to your LSPDFR experience. This mod focuses on spawning ambient events in the alleyways, parking garages, and roads less traveled on. Nearly every single parking garage and alleyway in the game has a dozen or so randomized spawn locations for various events listed below with endless randomized outcomes. No other mods or callouts required, perfect for a more vanilla experience. I recommend using Stop the Ped or Policing Redefined. Join Discord Please feel free to join to make suggestions, share screenshots, reports bugs, or play games. Key Features Patrol Aspect - This mod adds an actual reason to patrol back alleyways and parking garages because now there is the possibility of crime to occur in those areas. Two Types of Events Zone Specific - These will primarily spawn in the zone you are patrolling in. For example: If you are patrolling in the Davis area, zone specific ambient events will spawn in the alleyways of Davis. Generic - These can spawn anywhere on a sidewalk or roadway and utilize already existing peds instead of spawning new ones. (These are more traffic and pedestrian based) Intelligent Spawning - Zone specific ambient events will only spawn when the player is in the specific zone. Prior to spawning an event, the code will also run a check to test your speed. If you are going too fast through an area, an ambient event will not spawn. This is to prevent random code and resources from being used when you are flying inbetween calls. This adds logic to patrolling a specific area as the longer you spend time in a specific zone, the higher chance you have of spawning an ambient event in that area. Press Z to see what zone you are located in. This will be shown at the bottom right of your screen by the default game. Realistic Spawning - Any and all alleyway and backyard spawn points are placed in a location where the player would be able to see them while driving by slowly. I really did my best to keep everything visible from the nearest road to simulate a cop driving down the street and seeing someone acting shady in a backyard or alleyway. Customization - This mod opens up the .ini for players to adjust any settings that they wish to change. This is done because everyone has their own way of enjoying LSPDFR. Randomness - To keep things fresh and new, each event has numerous different ways that it can end. This is done to increase replay value. Hint - A blue area blip will spawn in the general area of the ambient event to help find some of these events. Even this will be easy to miss unless you are paying attention to your map. This can also be disabled in the .ini. I recommend keeping it enabled at least until you get used to how the mod works. Entire Map - These ambient events can spawn anywhere in the city or county. Note: For the county spawns, most will be around structures or in towns. ie: Paleto, Sandy, Grapeseed, and the stores and motels on Route 69. Also included some on the major highways as well. AND, even the dirt roads along the creek near Mount Chilliad. Ambient Events Generic TrafficViolation - Speeding and running red lights casually, etc. StreetFight - Fighting between two peds. DrugDeal - This one is harder to spot but, two peds will approach each other, stop and look at each other for a period of time (with no animation or audio), and then have a hand to hand exchange of drugs and money. You can actually see them do this, and then it will add the drugs to the inventory of the ped. GunFight - Random shootout. BrokenDownVehicle - Vehicle breaks down in traffic. StealFromVehicle - Ped will run up to a window, smash the window, and steal what is inside. This will add the stolen goods to the peds inventory. StealVehicle - Ped steals a vehicle, vehicle alarm will trigger. UnroadworthyVehicle - Anything from popped tires, engine smoking, headlights and tailights off while driving. ZoneSpecific ArmedRobbery - Ped will be robbing another ped in an alleyway, parking garage, or backyard. Burglar - When patroling a neighborhood on the street or through an alleyway, burglars will be visible trying to break into houses. To make things easier I placed them all in the same animation. (Kneeled down, tampering with a window or door). Again, all of this will be visible from the street or nearby alleyway while driving by SLOWLY. MedicalEmergency - Random dead ped in alleyway, parking garage, or backyard. StoreRobbery - This one motivates you to check on the local stores in an area because you may just interrupt an active robbery. KeyLocations - This can be anything from a fight, gunfight, dead ped, etc. These are specific to odd zones like the beach (on the actual sand) or the bars in West Vinewood with a bunch of people standing in a line outfront (at night). Also the apartment complex courtyards in Davis and Chamberlain. SuspiciousVehicle - Random vehicle in an alleyway, parking garage, or driveway. For the driveway ones, I made sure to spawn them in a very unnatural way that should be easy to spot. (Parked on grass, or at odd angle, etc) SuspiciousPerson - Random person in an alleyway, parking garage, or driveway. They will usually be in an odd ped model that just does not fit for the area or in some very strange spot. Pretty easy to spot. Improtant Note This mod does not hold your hand, there is a hint feature enabled by default but even that is hard to catch sometimes as your attention will be to the game world more than it is focusing on the minimap. The point of this mod is to create the POSSIBILITY of events spawnings in these locations that never had them before. Its to create a deeper level patrol aspect to our LSPDFR experience. Please do not reach out to me saying the mod does not work because you have not found anything. I did not focus on creating text dialog between the peds or little tips on how you should handle the events. You decide that yourself. The current settings for the values in the .ini are pretty good. Events will spawn but they are still fairly rare. You can increase the rate at which they spawn but at that point you are kinda defeating the purpose of callouts as you will be too busy dealing with random events all day. The zonespecific .ini value is easily adjusted. If you prefer zone specific events, turn that value up. But the main value for spawning events is AmbientEventChance. By default, events will only spawn when your radio is set to Available For Calls. This can be disabled in the .ini so that they spawn at all times too if you want. Thank you!!

  22. A lot of GTA updates have come out since the last callout update I pushed. An update to Kuchera Callouts is coming soon to clean everything up and fix the various bugs. I have been working on another LSPDFR related project that will be released soon.
  23. I went into their discord and reported the bug and asked for help and some joker in there tried to tell me the issue was on my end and that the mod works fine. I completely gave up on it.
  24. For the PCP overdose, the call shows info on a possibly naked man running around. This one is a bit hard because it does not show the location so you have to respond quickly and try to find the naked / shirtless person running around full sprint all crazy. I'll add to this callout more next time I push an update. The domestic disturbance audio is used because they (to my knowledge) dont have audio that shouts out a PCP overdose. A bit limited on what is actually said over the radio, have to use the provided rockstar files. You should be able to press the talk / interact button to smash the window.

  26. Appreciate the input. How were you crashing before? Right away or after gaming a bit?
  27. I don't believe so. I ran it just fine before the update on max settings getting 140+ fps easy. I have a 4070ti, i7, 32 ram.
  28. Could just be a bug on my end but I notice on the "felony stop" callout where you roll up and the ped starts shooting the cops that the flashing red and blue on the map remains well after the callout was ended.
  29. You're going to need something well beyond the recommended GTA 5 specs if you want to play like the people on youtube. Honestly, save some more and buy something thats more expensive than your current budget. Plus, if you build something really nice then you will be able to run GTA 6 as well. But thats just my opinion.
