    I've been having the same problem as @JacobKazmierczak and @PantherP71. The first time I tried to install RDE, I had the Better Chases + Arrest Warrants, Back on the Beat, and LCPDFR installed (along with RagePluginHook, ScriptHookV, and ScriptHookVDotNet, of course), but that was it. I reinstalled and tried again with just ScriptHook and ScriptHookDotNet (twice), and all three times I added the gameconfig.xml from the description. I also tried with the Beta version of DotNet, though I doubt an invisible Riot was preventing the game from even making it to the main menu. I did finally wise up and use Steam's backup function so if I need to do a clean install it'll be faster. Can't believe it took me three times to think of that.
