I was having the same issue but got mine running by removing (mpbiker, patchday12ng) from the dlclist. It maybe a bug in the latest rageplugin or rockstar have tried to disable the latest dlc in singleplayer.

It does have to do with tbe <audiohash>.

As you stated here you have the vehicle in this policeold1 slot, have you tried placing it in another slot as I see no other issues. I personally have never replaced the policeold slots so I can't test this.

Press F11 and go to accessories, on the hat option use your arrow keys to navigate the selections until the option with no hat.

I have a question about the LSSD and BCSO uniform. Do they share the same texture file for their normal pants and motorcycle pants?, as I am trying to retexture the BCSO to a grey uniform but can only find one of each texture. Can this be confirmed.

Most likely since you replaced the texture, unless you extracted them original file you replaced.
