It's a false-positive, but you did the right thing by disabling your Anti-Virus. I too use Avast, better than Norton or McAfee in my opinion.
Is that the auto-installer version of LSPDFR? Have you tried to use the Manual Installer for LSPDFR? I find that one better to use. 
I can't tell what you are using to extract the files with, is that WINRAR? Make sure you are using the most updated version of WINRAR if you are using that. Other people use 7 ZIP to extract with as well.. Both work just fine..
Are you still having issues installing LSPDFR? or did you get past that part. I see the files in the GTAV Directory, that's why I ask.
 

I'm confused, is LSPDFR already installed? looking at your files it looks like its installed.. Or did you not install it fully?
or is that LSPDFR 0.3 and you're trying to go to 0.31 or is that 0.2b that's installed into your GTAV Folder currently?

You will lose your steam settings by doing this, hopefully you can re do them.
 
1. Open the windows run box (Windows key + R)
2. Type steam://flushconfig and hit enter. Press yes on any boxes
3. Re install steam.

As long as you choose the same installation directory, it should verify your local game files.
