This is the start to my LSIA Security Pack aka the "Retro" part. I plan on adding maybe 2 more vehicles to this "retro" side, but not for a little while.

- Open OpenIV and click on "Edit mode"
- Download the vehicles needed for the templates
- Navigate to file you want to replace
- Double-click on .ytd file of vehicle you want to replace (for example "police.ytd")
- Drag & Drop the template into the list of the template (ensure the names of the template and the template you want to replace are the same)
- Click on "Save" on the right side on the bottom
- Finish

I try to fix those but sometimes it still happens. Go into vehicles.metafind the line that says diffusetint for the model and find the diffusetint value and replace the value with this<diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" />

Made this for a friend of mine, it was fast and simple decided to free release this. The skin was rushed so I could release this vehicle, I'd prefer if you don't use it since it is also a factory chevy skin. This comes default with R/B + 2 ambers flashing in the rear, a B/B version may be added in the future.

Been playing and watching a lot of New York Sheriff videos recently, along with having friends from the state. The concept of the law which states that Police Vehicles should have red and white light's facing forward intrigued me (don't quote me on that, just going on what I've heard). This has changeable light bar textures, so if you don't like coloured glass you can change it. This is a FICTIONAL pack. It is not based of any department in particular.

I'm a sucker for older vehicles. In 2003-04 Ford decided to take the 4.6 L V8 engine, from the Ford Mustang Mach 1, and they stuck it into a Ford Crown Victoria and re-badged it as a Mercury. The Newest generation Mercury Marauder was born. 18 of these beasts were donated to the Florida Highway Patrol and some can still be seen today doing some stealthy traffic enforcement. To me, this is an absolute gem and a blast to make. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
 
Installation:
Use OpenIV and navigate the "patchday20ng" dlc  (mods/update/dlcpacks/patchday20ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf) and install the files into there. Simply drag and drop into the vehicles.rpf. Feel free to rename the cars and put into whatever slot you wish. Make sure to rename the ELS VCF files accordingly. For the ELS, drag and drop into your ELS folder.
