On the ELS Pad were all the settings are located on, is it the Range_LightsP or Intens_LightsP that make the lights on the police car flash on the ground brighter and further? For the Lightbar not Headlights

Hey guys, i downloaded gta 4 on my desktop today, and when i go ingame to play, the graphics are messed up , i can like see right across the map through the walls and such and im not sure why its doing that, Can anyone help me out?

Well you can track how fast someone is going, ive seen it on NBvideogamevids, on one of his episodes, just like police radar

Using the native trainer is there a way to lock someones speed from the front and rear on how fast they are going?

right now its at zero but i know people make it faster, so should i set it like -20 or something?
