Grinding out oiv's today. What I'm doing is making oiv's for all of the vehicles on the list above that don't have oiv's yet, and for the vehicles that do, I'm revising their .oiv's so they're like the others. Also I'm making sure they don't have any bugs (like the title being "police4 - red/red" when it really installs red and blue lighting.) Hopefully I can get the oiv update out tomorrow, it's going to be B.E.L. v2.0.0 because I've been spending so much time on just the oiv's. And the installation process is completely simplified. I'll still include the manual installation, just in case some people want it.

I've got 14 out of the 30 needed oiv installers done. It's not hard work, just very repetitive. Expect the oiv update by this week or next week. I'm going to have to test all of the oiv's too, which will slow the release down. The vehicles that will have oiv files are as following fbi fbi2 police police2 police3 police4 pranger riot sheriff sheriff2 I'll be providing oivs for addon vehicles in later updates, e.g. hwaycar,hwaycar2-7 police5-25. If you have any other recommendations for addon vehicle slots please let me know on this thread.

Oh. Sorry I don't really go into visualsettings often so I don't know.

Are you sure? Because if there were a value in the visualsettings there would be a mod out for something like that a lot sooner than carcols.

Environmental lighting is controlled by the light falloff distance and light falloff exponent in the carcols. Just increase the value to something like 150.

Just got an oiv package installer to set police4 to have red and blue lighting.

Has anybody figured out how to get wigwagging reverse lights yet? In these videos it shows them, but I don't know if those are just sirens.

New video This video is going to be on the main page for BEL's v1.4.0 release. I spent a good 2 and a half hours on this video, it's obviously the hardest I've ever worked on a video too. Due to a rendering error there's a long black screen at the end, so just ignore that.

How are rotary lights looking? Haven't seen a single video on them, nor have I ever seen anyone ask about them.

Also, I got wig wagging brake lighs working on the LED patterns. Will be posting a video on this ASAP.

I know it's kinda late, but how do you get your lights to fade in and out like that?

Finished making the different colors for the slower rotary light option, and now I'm working on making more realistic environmental lighting for these, which is why this video is under direct sun, it's a WIP and I want to show it to you guys when it's done :). Also changed the colors for vehicles with rotary lights to give it that more halogen look.

In this video, I made an addon sirensettings for rotary lights for sirensetting 1 and 13. The LAPD CVPI and the sheriff CVPI normally share the same sirensettings, but now I have created a duplicate of the vanilla sirensettings, slowed it down, and added a few little touches to the patterns, to result in more realistic looking rotary lights for vehicles that use them, while still having the unique pattern on the vehicles which are LED heavy. Also, near the end where the 2 deck lights flash at the same time, that is the way the model is configured.

So what I did in this video is made a custom DLC pack and added more sirensettings, so you can have one car with all blue lights, one with all red, and another just red and blue.

I feel bad because I can't like POLICESCO's review, making him the only review I haven't liked. also if you're wondering why I'm posting unrelated stuff like this, is because I need a break from modding, lol.

B.E.L. has just his 100 downloads in about 11/2 hours! I'm so glad everyone's enjoying it!
