Hi Albo! Great job on the mod, but I'm encountering a crash on start up each time the plugin is loaded. It works perfectly until any changes to the VehicleSirenSetup file is made. I've copy and pasted your example files and troubleshooted with my own variations to see if I can get it to work, but so far I'm out of luck. Attached is the current VehicleSirenSetup file.

To change Sheriff2's handling, use openiv to "update.rpf > common > data > levels > gta5 > vehicles.meta" Extract vehicles.meta to desktop or anywhere you want. Open file with notepad++ or similar program. Find Sheriff2 from the list of vehicles (control F can help finding it easier) and look for the line that says handling id. Replace the vehicle name there with either Baller or Baller2 and save file. Now return the vehicles.meta file back into openiv and you should be good. You can edit the handling of any vehicle you want this way. Just replace the handling id with a different vehicle that you are wanting to replicate. Good luck!

Any news on whether this will be coming to EUP yet? I love the new cop uniforms and would really enjoy playing with them. Is it possible to edit the files somehow to add them manually into my EUP setup? Thanks and great job on the mod!

You drop the "Emergency Strobes.dll" and "Emergency Strobes.ini" files inside the Plugins folder. Do not put them in the LSPDFR folder. Rockstar Games > Grand Theft Auto V > Plugins Then enable it in RagePluginHook settings before starting the game.

I just installed and it worked for me. Make sure you load the plugin through RagePluginHook before starting game or it may not load.

Great model! I really like the lighting setup as well. I will be using this for quite some time.
