I've been trying to get my ELS to look like that for the longest time without downloading a LAGGY ENB, Every ENB I try just lags me. I can run everything on ultra except for shadows. If you can show me how to make my ELS look like that I would be so happy. Merry Christmas!

I think there is in the ELS config, IDK I did it on one of the cars I have and it worked but it's somewhere near the bottom.

I live in Washtenaw County and WOW. The lightbar is SOOO DISTRACTING XD but I love it. My county uses unmarked like uh IDK some type of old chevy jeep and it is like an alien abduction, it's wierd

Pretty Gucci, one problem. How do I change skins. I added the livery+ to all the IDE but SNT still wont allow me to change any. with some cars that have multiple. And I don't know how to add NEW skins... Can I have a video link or something. NevermindI found it in Open IV it's the WFT.

Aww I run 1280X720 cause I get below 20 FPS for some reason. It's just a problem with my GTA I run everything else at 1920X1080
